We are a Tasmanian based pre-engineered building company who can provide standard kit buildings through to customised designs to suit our clients individual requirements. Our buildings are produced in Tasmania by local manufacturers and we use BlueScope Steel not inferior imported product. We do not use a traditional reseller/retail network like some of our competitors which keeps the costs to our customers low - many of our kits cost less than our competitors who use imported products.

Create your own building, design and price on-line yourself and SAVE.

Designing and Ordering on-line has never been easier:

1. Either select a pre-designed building or design your own with our "Design Your Own Garage" feature;
2. Use "Send Details" button option (no payment or commitment required) and we will make contact to confirm the details of the building you have designed.

Should you decide to order we have 2 simple payment options:

• Option 1 - 20% confirmation deposit payment with balance to be paid when ready to order materials;
• Option 2 - Payment of kit price for immediate ordering of materials.

Option 1 is recommended if the proposed building has not been approved by local building/planning authority for construction. If the building application is rejected, in accordance with our terms and conditions, the deposit payment (less costs incurred) will be refunded to the customer (subject to the clauses outlined in our terms and conditions).
